The winter is but a memory and Delhi has stepped into yet another unbearable summer. In the midst of this gruelling weather, tents have gone up in Ram Lila Maidan to accommodate the participants who have converged onto New Delhi from the four corners of India. Most them have travelled great distances to make their first journey to the capital. The dusty winds of Delhi offer them no respite and serve as a stark, symbolic reminder about the struggles ahead. But, the tremendous energy of the masses was on display at Ram Lila Maidan.
